Ao tentar recriar uma conta no WHM você já pode ter visto o seguinte erro:

Create a new Account

Account Creation Status: failed (Sorry, a DNS entry for dominio.com.br already exists, please delete it first (from all servers in the dns cluster) )

A causa é simples:  a conta já existia no servidor e ao apagá-la foi marcada a opção:

Keep Dns Zone (needed if you have moved a domain between servers in the same dns trust relationship, and wish to remove the old domain)

A solução é simples, mas requer acesso root e por este motivo o revendedor não pode fazer a correção, mas pode ficar atento para não cometer o erro ao apagar a conta:

# /scripts/killdns dominio.com.br
